Resolve WNY provides professional clerical document drafting for Family Court matters including custody, support, family offense, and adoption by helping prepare petitions and motions by transcribing information you provide. We also organize exhibits that are accurate and organized. While not a law firm and without offering legal advice, we help clients save thousands in attorney fees by providing clerical services to transcribe a narrative you provide to produce clear documents.

Build a Parenting Plan
Build a Parenting Plan That Works and Lasts. Resolve WNY helps parents create clear, organized parenting plans that outline schedules, routines, communication, and expectations to reduce conflict and support their child’s well-being, without drafting legal agreements or documents for court use.

Uncontested Divorces
Divorce can be stressful, but if you and your spouse agree on all terms, an uncontested divorce can save time, money, and stress. Resolve WNY helps simplify the process by providing clerical services to transcribe information you provide on court-approved generated forms. We file all necessary paperwork whether or not children are involved. Most cases are completed in 6–12 weeks.
04
Non-Biological Parental Rights Support & Navigation
Resolve WNY provides comprehensive support for individuals who have acted as a child’s parent but lack formal biological or adoptive status. We guide you through role assessments, documentation coaching, and attorney-preparedness so you can present a clear, organized picture of your caregiving history. This service empowers you to pursue custody, visitation, or stability for the child you’ve been raising with clarity, confidence, and compassionate guidance.

Mediation
At Resolve WNY, we believe that conflict resolution doesn’t always have to come with the heavy costs, stress, and delays of traditional litigation. Our mediation services provide families, individuals, and businesses with a professional, confidential, and structured environment to resolve disputes efficiently and fairly. Our mediators act as neutral guides to keep conversations respectful and focused. We are not legal representatives. We encourage you to invite your legal representative to mediation if you wish.

Divorce and Custody Coaching (High-Conflict)
We coach parents through communication skills, co-parenting strategies, and organizational tools to reduce stress in high-conflict situations. You’ll gain practical strategies and emotional support to advocate for yourself effectively.
This is not therapy or legal representation — it’s coaching and empowerment.

Services for Survivors/Victims of Domestic Abuse
At Resolve WNY, we know that abuse doesn’t end with leaving — survivors need ongoing, practical support to navigate courts, co-parenting, and rebuilding their lives.
