Estate Planning & Administration

Before Death – Planning Ahead

This includes preparing Advance Health Care Proxies, Living Wills, and Power of Attorney documentation using a templates brought in by the client. We also assist with non-legal estate and legacy planning coordination ensuring that important medical, financial, and family information is organized and accessible in one place. By taking these steps, individuals can relieve loved ones of uncertainty and ensure their preferences are honored.

After Death – Supporting Families
When a loss occurs, we provide compassionate support to families navigating both the immediate and ongoing responsibilities that follow. Our services include guidance on the first steps to take, assistance with Social Security notifications and survivor benefit processes, and support with other necessary documents. We also help coordinate family needs related to funeral planning and property distribution, while offering access to emotional support resources and referrals.
