Estate Planning & Administration
End of Life & After Death Services
We offer guidance to help individuals prepare plans and organize documentation for end-of-life wishes. Our team also supports families through the practical and emotional challenges that arise after a loss. This does not replace legal wills or lawyer-provided counsel.
Estate Planning & Administration
Before Death – Planning Ahead
We help individuals plan with confidence by guiding them through important decisions and documentation well before a crisis arises.
After Death – Supporting Families
When a loss occurs, we provide compassionate support to families navigating both the immediate and ongoing responsibilities that follow. Our services include guidance on the first steps to take, assistance with Social Security notifications and survivor benefit processes, and support with other necessary documents. We also help coordinate family needs related to funeral planning and property distribution, while offering access to emotional support resources and referrals. This holistic approach allows families to focus on healing while we help manage the practical details.
Additionally, Resolve WNY can serve as Executor or Executrix of a Last Will and Testament to ensure non-biased administration of an estate proceeding in addition to be appointed as a trustee for property outlined in a trust, following all applicable New York State rules.
