Once an agreement is reached, Resolve WNY drafts a clear and comprehensive non-binding Memorandum of Understanding, which can be reviewed by an attorney or submitted directly to the court. Our goal is to provide a neutral, supportive environment that resolves disputes efficiently, reduces conflict, and empowers parties to take control of their outcomes.
