Resolve WNY provides professional service of process in Niagara, Orleans, Erie, Geneses, Wyoming and Cattaraugus Counties, handling a wide range of legal documents including civil, family, divorce, name change, and eviction papers. We charge a flat fee of $50 per individual served, ensuring prompt and accurate service in compliance with New York State law.

Our experienced team ensures that your documents are served promptly and in accordance with New York State law, with clear guidance 24/7 accessibility every step of the way.
DOCUMENTS WE REGULARLY SERVE INCLUDE:
(1) Civil Court: Summons and Complaint, Notice of Electronic Filing, Small Claims Petitions
(2) Family Court: Notice of Petition, Petitions, Motions, Judgments, Orders of Protection
(3) Divorce Matters: Action for Divorce, Summons with Notice, DRL 255, DRL 236, Maintenance Notification
(4) Name Changes: Petition for Name Change
(5) Eviction Matters: Summons, Holdover Petitions, 10, 14, and 30-Day Notices to Vacate or Quit
(6) Surrogate’s Court: Probate Citations, Adoption Citations
(7) Other Legal Documents: Order to Show Cause, Motions, EBT and Trial Subpoenas with Witness Fees
HOW TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS FOR SERVICE
To initiate service, email resolvewnyservice@gmail.com and provide:
(1) A PDF of the documents requiring service.
(2) The target’s name and address, where service should be attempted, and a physical description (if possible).
If the target has moved or only a P.O. Box is available, Resolve WNY can assist with skip-trace services to locate the individual for an additional fee. The more information you provide, such as physical description, schedule, household members, vehicles, or animals, the more efficiently service can be executed.
TIMING & FEES
Standard service begins within 72 hours of document receipt, depending on weather and current volume.
Flat fee: $50 per individual regardless of the number of documents.
Travel surcharge: $0.50 per mile round-trip for locations over 15 square miles from Lockport, NY.
Rush service (within 48 hours): $75 per individual plus applicable mileage fees.
PROCESS & FOLLOW-UP
(1) Submit your documents by email to resolvewnyservice@gmail.com.
(2) Upon receipt, you will receive an acknowledgment email.
(3) We review your documents and, if submitted by PDF, email you an invoice with a secure online payment link. If additional surcharges apply, a follow-up invoice will be sent upon completion of service.
(4) Once payment is received, your file is entered into our service rotation.
(5) After service is completed, an Affirmation of Service (AOS) will be emailed to you. It is your responsibility to file the AOS with the appropriate court. Original copies can be requested if needed.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Timely submission of documents helps avoid delays, additional fees, and ensures compliance with legal requirements for service attempts. Rush or statutory deadline services may incur additional fees.
