Build a Parenting Plan
Build a Parenting Plan That Works and Lasts. Resolve WNY helps parents create clear, organized parenting plans that outline schedules, routines, communication, and expectations to reduce conflict and support their child’s well-being, without drafting legal agreements or documents for court use.
At Resolve WNY, we help parents create clear, organized, conflict-reducing parenting plans that support their children’s well-being. These are practical roadmaps—not legal agreements—meant to give families structure, predictable routines, and shared expectations.
You’ll receive a customized planning document covering schedules, transitions, communication, holidays, decision-making, and more --- designed to help parents stay on the same page.
We start with a private consultation, then craft a comprehensive plan you can use for communication, mediation, or a pending family court or divorce proceedings, because what works now might not in the future.
Don’t let a judge decide what is best for YOUR children. Let us help you Build a Parenting Plan that works and lasts.
What’s Included:
Parents receive a customized planning document that covers topics such as schedules, transitions, communication guidelines, holiday routines, decision-making preferences, and other family-specific considerations. This personalized plan is intended as a communication and organizational tool that parents may choose to use in discussions, mediation, or future planning with attorneys if needed, but it is not drafted as a legal filing, custody agreement, or document for court submission.
Our Process:
We begin with a private consultation to discuss your family’s needs, routines, and goals. Based on that discussion, a written parenting plan is created, giving both parents a clear outline they can refer to and adjust as needed. If desired, a follow-up review session can be scheduled to refine the plan and promote mutual understanding.
Pricing:
Basic Parenting Plan ($300); Covers day-to-day scheduling, custody routines, and core parenting expectations.
Comprehensive Parenting Plan ($500): Includes additional planning for holidays, school breaks, extracurriculars, travel, special family considerations, and more.
Co-Parenting Mediation Add-On ($250/session): Optional guided conversation to help parents communicate and collaborate more effectively.
