Supervised Visitation

Resolve WNY provides a safe, neutral, and structured environments for court-ordered supervised visitation allowing children to maintain contact with a parent or other third party. We do not act as guardians or make legal decisions.

Resolve WNY offers supervised visitation services for families involved in Family Court and divorce proceedings (or any other court-ordered matter). Our program provides a safe, neutral, and structured environment where children can maintain healthy contact with a parent or family member under the supervision of trained professionals. These services are often ordered by the court in custody or visitation matters to ensure the well-being of children while supporting continued parent-child relationships.

Visits are monitored closely to ensure the child’s physical and emotional safety while also documenting interactions in a fair and unbiased manner. Resolve WNY’s supervised visitation services help reduce conflict, provide reassurance to custodial parents, and allow children to build or maintain a meaningful bond with their non-custodial parent.

We work with families and courts to schedule visits that meet legal requirements while offering flexibility and compassion during what can be a difficult time. While we provide structured oversight, Resolve WNY is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our role is to facilitate compliance with court orders and to protect the best interests of the child.

Our services cover both supervised access in the home and public places.
