* advise whether a proposed child-support arrangement protects your interests;
* negotiate against your spouse or your spouse's attorney as your legal representative;
* independently determine the substantive terms of a settlement agreement;
* predict how a court will decide your case; or
* represent you in court.

When a question requires legal judgment or interpretation, the administrative process is paused and the client is encouraged to obtain advice from a licensed New York attorney.

We charge a flat fee of $75 + mileage per individual served, ensuring prompt and accurate service in compliance with New York State law.
