Legal work generates an enormous amount of administrative work—and for solo practitioners and small firms, that work often falls directly on the attorney.
Resolve WNY provides flexible, attorney-directed administrative and document support designed to help attorneys spend less time managing paperwork and more time focusing on their clients and legal work.
Services can be used for an individual project, during periods of increased workload, or as ongoing administrative support.

• Organizing documents received from clients

Flexible Support for Solo & Small-Firm Practices
Attorney Practice Support can be particularly useful when a firm:
• Does not have full-time administrative staff
• Has temporary or seasonal workload increases
• Is preparing for hearings, trials or appellate matters
• Receives large volumes of client records
• Needs help converting attorney work product into organized documents
• Needs administrative help without adding another employee
• Wants repeatable systems for document and case organization
Support may be arranged by project, block of administrative time, recurring support package or another agreed-upon structure.
Your Legal Judgment Remains Yours
Resolve WNY works under the direction of the supervising attorney.
The attorney determines the legal strategy, substantive content, legal arguments, applicable law, filing decisions and professional advice provided to the client. Resolve WNY's role is to support the administrative and document-production work surrounding those decisions.
Confidentiality & Professional Information
Because attorney practice support may involve confidential or sensitive client information, the scope of the engagement, access to information, document-handling procedures and appropriate confidentiality expectations should be established before work begins.
Resolve WNY will only access information reasonably necessary to perform the authorized administrative assignment.
