Biography
Michelle L. Pelletier is an accomplished professional with more than two decades of experience across administration, healthcare management, education, and family services. Known for her ability to balance structure with compassion, Michelle has dedicated her career to creating solutions that are both practical and people-centered.
Her professional background includes roles at the University at Buffalo’s Jacobs School of Medicine and Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Institute, where she specialized in finance, Human Resources, organization, planning, process development, and program coordination. She managed complex administrative systems, developed and maintained accredited residency and fellowship programs, and provided support for physicians and physicians in training. Her responsibilities also included extensive work with contracts as well as policy and procedure development and management, equipping her with the ability to bring both structure and clarity to multi-faceted operations. These experiences strengthened her skill in navigating high-stakes environments where precision and empathy are equally essential.
Michelle holds advanced degrees in Social Work and Business Administration, along with certifications in Coaching and Mediation. This unique combination of expertise allows her to help individuals, families, and businesses, navigate custody agreements, support arrangements, property settlements, financial disputes, and life transitions with both technical accuracy and human understanding.
Beyond her professional qualifications, Michelle brings the perspective of lived experience. She has personally navigated high-conflict family law matters, including the unique challenges of narcissistic abuse, giving her a deep understanding of the emotional and practical toll these situations create. She has also faced end-of-life decisions within her own family, experiences that further deepened her compassion and commitment to supporting others through moments of vulnerability and change.
